Train for HYROX. Get Fitter for Everything.

HYROX combines running with functional exercises such as sled work, rowing, carries, lunges, and wall balls. It creates a clear, measurable fitness challenge—but you do not need to be registered for a race to benefit from the training.

Our HYROX classes in Bellevue help you develop practical strength, cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and mental resilience. Every workout can be adjusted to your current ability, making the program suitable for first-time fitness racers, recreational athletes, and experienced HYROX competitors.

Whether your goal is to complete your first race, improve your finishing time, or find a more purposeful way to work out, our coaches will help you progress safely and consistently.

The Fitness Race

What Is HYROX?

HYROX is a global fitness race that alternates running with functional workout stations. Every event follows a consistent format, allowing athletes to train toward a specific goal and measure their progress from one race to the next.

Unlike highly technical competitive fitness events, HYROX uses movements that are straightforward to learn—but challenging to master. The result is a demanding test of strength, endurance, pacing, and determination.

You can compete individually, with a partner, or as part of a relay team. You can also attend our classes purely for the training benefits without ever entering a race.

HYROX Training Is for More Than Racers

New to Functional Fitness

Learn the movements, build a strong fitness foundation, and develop confidence with hands-on coaching and scalable workouts.

Training for Your First HYROX

Prepare for the demands of race day while learning how to pace your runs, manage each station, and use your energy effectively.

Experienced Competitors

Improve movement efficiency, running under fatigue, transitions, strength endurance, and overall race performance.

Anyone Tired of Random Workouts

Follow structured, progressive programming designed to make you stronger, fitter, and more capable—not simply exhausted.

What You Build

What You’ll Build

Functional Strength

Develop the strength needed to push, pull, carry, lunge, squat, and move efficiently inside and outside the gym.

Cardiovascular Endurance

Improve your ability to sustain effort, recover between exercises, and continue performing when fatigue sets in.

Better Pacing

Learn how to manage your effort instead of starting too fast and struggling through the remainder of the workout or race.

Movement Confidence

Practice HYROX movements under the guidance of experienced coaches who can adjust technique, load, and intensity for you.

What to Expect in a HYROX Class

Each class combines elements of running, strength training, conditioning, and HYROX-specific skill development. Depending on the training cycle, sessions may emphasize strength, movement technique, aerobic endurance, compromised running, or race-style workouts.

You will train alongside people with different experience levels, but you will not be expected to keep up with anyone else. Our coaches can modify distances, weights, movements, and intensity so you receive the right challenge for your ability.
